Not resolved.
We paid the parking charge, and we, along with others, had trouble with the car parking machine. But we paid, then got fined, then got a double fine.
We are really depressed and feel that we are helpless as Nexus won't help these elderly people.
Shame on Nexus. They are disgraceful.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
Complaint about the appeal that you have not given me an answer and you said the parking ticket would be on hold, but it keeps sending me more money on it.
Preferred solution: For you to answer my appeal, it’s been over a month and you keep sending me more bins to pay it where you said it would be on no to answer my appeal and then I’d pay it at the £60

Unfortunately, the person who hit my car fled the scene.
The incident happened very quickly, and I was unable to see the vehicles license plate number or clearly identify the car.
I have contacted the police, but they have informed me that they are unable to assist further at this time. I have also asked nearby shops if they could help by checking their security cameras, but they have declined.
